\nThe initial opening date of Feb 1st had to be delayed because of a mismatch between the rules of IABC and ENCI (Italian kc). The ENCI rules don’t allow competitions with a limit of entries whereas the IABC allows maximum of 350 dogs to ensure a better atmosphere. Some weeks passed until green light was given to the organising committee, causing some delay.<\/p>\n
